Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with specific expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities. The role involves business process mapping and re-engineering for B2C and B2B service processes and facilitating workshops with senior and multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Expertise: Utilize 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst to support and enhance Salesforce implementations.
- Cloud Experience: Work with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities to deliver effective solutions.
- Business Process Mapping: Conduct business process mapping and re-engineering for B2C and B2B service processes.
- Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate workshops with senior and multidisciplinary stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Agile Delivery: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in Agile delivery environments.
- Government Schemes: Leverage experience with complex government or government-based insurance schemes (desirable).
- Accessibility: Bring innovative approaches to enhancing accessibility.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Salesforce Functional Analyst.
- Certifications: Vlocity Platform Developer, Consultant level, and Salesforce Admin 201 certifications preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
- Process Improvement: Strong skills in business process mapping and re-engineering.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to facilitate workshops.
- Teamwork: Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams in Agile delivery settings.
- Government Experience: Experience with complex government or government-based insurance schemes is desirable.
- Innovation: Ability to bring new perspectives on accessibility.
- Minimum 6 months with a likely 12-month extension.
