Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Engagements: Lead the delivery of Salesforce engagements, utilizing over 3 years of relevant experience.
- Deployment Knowledge: Apply strong practical deployment knowledge of Salesforce configurations to meet business requirements.
- Architectural Expertise: Demonstrate architectural knowledge across various Salesforce clouds and industry solutions to support diverse business needs.
- Prototyping: Perform hands-on prototyping to gather early business feedback and refine solutions.
- Relationship Building: Exhibit a proactive personality with excellent relationship-building skills and a can-do attitude.
- Communication: Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and articulate solutions effectively.
- Vlocity Exposure: Experience with Vlocity insurance industry solutions is highly desirable.
- Innovation in Accessibility: Bring fresh perspectives and new ideas to enhance accessibility within Salesforce solutions.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a leading role delivering Salesforce engagements.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Solution Architect and a Bachelor of Computer Science (or equivalent).
- Technical Skills: Strong deployment knowledge of Salesforce configurations and hands-on prototyping experience.
- Architectural Knowledge: Demonstrable expertise across various Salesforce clouds and industry solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proactive Attitude: A proactive, can-do attitude with strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Vlocity Experience: Exposure to Vlocity insurance industry solutions is highly desirable.
- Innovation in Accessibility: Ability to introduce innovative approaches to improve accessibility.
Location and Contract Term:
- Minimum 6 months with a likely 12-month extension.
