Solution Architect
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline
Contract duration: Initial contract duration to 30 June 2025 + 2x 12 month extensions

The Solution Architect will support the PMO by conducting thorough analyses of functional requirements and match the same to system capabilities. They will facilitate effective communication by translating complex business processes into clear and actionable specifications. The Solution Architect will excel at system interpretation, providing valuable insights that enable informed decision-making. Their attention to detail, analytical prowess, and ability to identify potential challenges contribute to the overall efficiency and success of project activities, fostering a collaborative and results-driven project management environment.
The key responsibilities of the position include:
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and documents all solution architecture design and analysis work.
• Understanding and knowledge of ERP processes and technologies including the ability to develop high level and detailed design solutions.
• Experience in the development, configuration, and connections of ERP (HR and Finance, et. al.), and respective edge products, including in hybrid and various network architecture.
• Ability to work independently, build productive relationships and liaise with a multidisciplinary team (including business users, development team, ERP solution subject matter experts, cyber security experts and business analysts).
• Familiarity with cyber and other security controls and requirements in a Government setting.
• Strong communications skills and ability to convert business requirement into detailed design solution using concise language, diagrams and accurate technical details for non-technical audiences.
