The position will backfill BAU activities across both Platform and Cloud and End User Services teams.
The Technical Systems Admin will be responsible for:
- Provide technical expertise for all things Azure / Entra ID / M365. (Azure Web Services, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive etc.)
- Maintaining and supporting Azure / Entra ID / M365 services and on-prem applications / systems
- Monitoring and reporting on the Azure environment and M365 services and on-prem applications
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and documentation in support of the Cloud and on-premises environment
- Providing high-quality customer support in a timely manner
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in environments or processes
- Lead and steer updating of disaster recovery documentation
- Experience in using and configuring Entra ID Modern Authentication
