About the Role
Working within the Business Analysis Team, you will utilise your expertise to build strong working relationships across all our business units and programs.
You will provide functional and data analysis, workshop facilitation, and documentation services. Additionally, you will identify process improvement opportunities in collaboration with our Process Excellence team.
You will support new ways of working in both a fast-paced and agile delivery environment, as well as a hybrid traditional environment, and collaborate with other team and project members.

The Successful Candidate
- Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst role preferably in a multi-brand large organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
- The ability to work independently, and as an effective team member within an environment of ambiguity and complexity .
- A strong Customer and Team first focus .
- Demonstrable, strong communication, workshop facilitation, negotiation, managing and influencing skills with key project stakeholders.
- Strong ability to elicit, analyse and manage business requirements and relate these to business processes.
- A keen grasp of business language, and ability to communicate complexities in simple terms.
- Evidence to show how you contribute to projects that meet business strategy needs .
- Experience with mobile applications and innovative technologies.
- Good Experience in an Agile or hybrid Agile environment with Agile methods and tools (like, but not limited to, Trello, Jira, Confluence, MIRO…)
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops to identify and define business needs and problems/issues
- In conjunction with our Process Excellence team, capture, analyse and optimise customer journeys and high-level processes (both as-is and to-be)
- Capturing HL and detailed functional requirements to enable a feasible solution to be developed for the new end state.
- Assessing solution options across all key elements; from a customer, risk, technology and user perspective before inception/ build.
- Partnering with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure the handover of requirements into the delivery streams is seamless.
- Showcasing your project’s progress to key stakeholders.
- Supporting effective product backlog management by ensuring your deliverables are clearly understood, have business value articulated and have been estimated.
