This role involves undertaking training needs analysis, collaborating with stakeholders, developing and maintaining training documentation, and transitioning learning solutions to business-as-usual operations.
The Successful Candidate
- Knowledge of e-learning systems principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of the design of competency-based training and accreditation programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing training documentation policies and processes.
- Proven ability to manage training resources effectively.
- Undertake training needs analysis to develop training solutions to be designed and delivered in-house or by vendors to a required business standard.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders on the design, development, and delivery of learning and development services.
- Develop, implement, and maintain supporting training documentation policies and processes, ensuring all training material is classified appropriately.
- Contribute to the design, development, and transition to BAU of learning solutions, including e-learning solutions, in a way that is sensitive to and fully compatible with business operations.
- Share expertise with others, guide and mentor less experienced employees, and work collaboratively to achieve business outcomes.
- Adhere to documentation standards and procedures and configuration control standards.
