We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our systems infrastructure, including Linux and Windows servers, firewalls, cloud environments, and automation tools. Your expertise will ensure that our systems are secure, efficient, and optimized to meet business needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive individual to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Red Hat, and or be Red Hat certified.
Duties
The contract period is 6 month, with possible extension options. This position is based in Canberra, ACT.
Security Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold a current NV1 Security Clearance.

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing Tier 2/3 support for complex systems issues and working closely with the support team.
- Manage firewalls, network security, and VPNs, implementing security measures to safeguard data and systems.
