We are looking for an experienced Build Automation Technical Specialist to supplement the contractor workforce within a Federal Department. The position is primarily a technical hands-on role, with responsibility for the development of build automation tools to support the build, configuration and deployment of deployable ICT nodes.
Major Responsibilities:
Contract Term: 11 months with 2X12 months extensions.
Security Requirements: Must have a Negative Vetting One (NV1 ) security clearance.

Major Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the DevSecOps capability within the LCS BL and Support Environments via scripting, automation and orchestration tasks to enable system build sequence automation using a combination of technologies.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of disaster recovery solutions leveraging the VMware suite of products
- Develop documentation to describe the design, configuration and implementation of build automation tools and associated system components.
- Powershell, Ansible and associated scripting languages/technologies
- DevSecOps toolsets and methodologies including:
- GitLab
- Container Workloads/Kubernetes
- Microsoft and Linux Operating Systems and enterprise applications
- VMware suite of datacentre products
