About the role:
The Executive Assistant provides a range of executive support and administrative services to facilitate the delivery of business operations and to support the Executive Director/Principal Registrar’s achievement of organisational objectives.
The Executive Assistant is often the first point of contact for external callers and for senior staff and is required to exercise professionalism.

About the role:
The Executive Assistant provides a range of executive support and administrative services to facilitate the delivery of business operations and to support the Executive Director/Principal Registrar’s achievement of organisational objectives.
The Executive Assistant is often the first point of contact for external callers and for senior staff and is required to exercise professionalism.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating incoming requests.
- Managing the Executive Director/Principal Registrar’s diary appointments.
- Drafting and preparing various documents (including correspondence, agendas, minutes, and presentations).
- Directing written and telephone enquiries.
The successful candidate:
- Excel in managing competing priorities, consistently delivering high-quality support and meeting tight deadlines.
- Display confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Be able to operate independently with minimal supervision,
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with executives, staff, and stakeholders.
