We are looking for an experienced Program Delivery Manager for planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action. You will be responsible for developing all the core program artefacts and supporting project managers to develop fit-for-purpose project artefacts.

Security Requirements: To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen with Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Security Clearance

- Demonstrated decisiveness in resolving business problems, identifying priorities and
- making decisions.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
- etc) and the ability to adapt the approach based on the project or program.
- Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong experience in presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff and all levels of management.
- Strong organisational skills, experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding the team accountable for performance.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc and the ability to adapt the approach based on the project or program.
