The Role:
Our Federal Government Client is seeking an Executive Assistant - APS 4 level, for a fixed term contract of 12 months. S26 transfer also available.
Provide high level executive administrative support to the National Manager to facilitate key business outcomes and offer support to site and business line staff in the provision of local and national activities.

Location and Contract Term: This role is Canberra based. 12-month fixed term contract or S26 transfer.
Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens and hold a current baseline security clearance.

Provide high level executive administrative support to the National Manager to facilitate key business outcomes and offer support to site and business line staff in the provision of local and national activities.
Primary Duties:
- Deliver a wide range of executive support and operational administrative services to Senior Management including:
- preparation and coordination of a range of general and confidential written communications including correspondence, board papers, secretariat agendas and minutes
- undertaking research, as required
- drafting, under general direction, correspondence and reports
- file management
- diary management, email management and answering enquiries
- organising and coordinating meetings, teleconferences, venues
- travel/accommodation arrangements
- administrative support for the delivery of programs and events for the Division.
All duties will be performed in accordance with:

- Administrative Support
- Supports in coordination and prioritising office administration tasks including setting up systems, processing, facilities coordination, processing support, ICT user support and coordinating travel and accommodation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
