Our federal government client is seeking a talented and driven ICT Support Analyst. You will be accountable for the IT Service Desk, User Support and Basic Administration for the Agency’s Business Applications/Systems, End User Computing, and other related technology, under the broad direction of the Assistant Director - IT Support in the IT Services Branch.

This role is being offered to those in Sydney, NSW. Initial contract for 12 months and high chance to be extended.
Security Requirements
Our government client requires that applicants must be Australian citizens. We will not consider candidates holding permanent residency or work visas for this role.
Candidates will need to be willing to undergo pre-employment screening checks which may include, ID and work rights, security clearance verification and any other client requested checks.

About the role:
- Demonstrated previous experience working within either IT Support, User Support or Customer Service
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and be accountable for completing tasks allocated and organising workflows.
- Experience using Azure, Entra ID and Active Directory
- Experience providing laptop. IOS and basic hardware support
About you:
- Have functional expertise in a specific area that contributes to team goals.
- Have accountability for completion of allocated tasks, organising workflow, review of work and development of less experienced employees.
- Undertake procedural or clerical administrative support or operational tasks including research and analysis activities
- Identify issues and contribute to the resolution of issues and problems.
