Working with our private client, the Implementation Manager (SFIA6) will support the management of project products and services to gain acceptance into service of the new capabilities.

Location: This role is based in Canberra ACT.
Contract terms: 6 months initially, with extensions available.
Security Requirements: Candidates require Australian citizenship along with an active NV1 clearance. Candidates will need to be willing to undergo pre-employment checks which may include, ID and work rights, security clearance verification, and any other client requested checks.

Working with our private client, the Implementation Manager (SFIA6) will support the management of project products and services to gain acceptance into service of the new capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Change Management;
- Verification and Validation activities in accordance with the Project Test and Evaluation Master Plan;
- Assist with the management of Transition Into Service activities;
- Witness testing;
- Assist with Site coordination activities;
- Facilitate the process required to manage the project deliverables through the change and acceptance into service frameworks;
- Consiolidate information from Acceptance test reports and prepare an external stakeholder Test Summary report;
- Develop and maintain the System Safety plan and ensure that Safety briefings are conducted;
- Conduct Functional Configuration Audits (FCA);
- Develop documentation required for FCA;
- Assist with the creation of support artefacts;
- Develop Verification Cross Reference Matrix; and
- Requirements Management in DOORS.
Mandatory requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Verification and Validation, Transition into Service, Integrated Logistics Support, and Requirements Management
- Demonstrated experience to liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders and vendors to seek approvals on deliverables.
Desired Experience and Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in the development/maintenance and ownership of transition process, preferably within a government setting;
- Demonstrable experience in the promotion and monitoring of project quality outputs top ensure they are fit for purpose and fit for use within operational service, preferably within a government setting; and
- Demonstrable experience in actively engaging with technical design and project managers to promote awareness and compliance with service transition quality plans and processes, preferably within a government setting.
- Experience in Application Lifecycle Management tool.
- Knowledge and experience in ITIL v4.
Verification and Validation activities and deliverables such as:
- Test Management / Planning / Test Prep / Defect Management / Reporting
- Maintain traceability to requirements via Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM)
- Conduct Test Readiness Reviews (TRR)
- Conduct Physical Configurations Audits (PCA) and maintain relevant documents.
- Assist with collating information for Mandatory System Reviews
Transition Into Service (TIS) and Design Acceptance activities and deliverables such as:
- Maintain the TIS strategy
- Maintain Design Acceptance Strategy
- Develop and maintain Design Certificates and Design Acceptance Certificates and ensure they are endorsed by the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
- Complete accomplishment summary report for the integrating parties
- Facilitate the process required to manage the project deliverables through the change and acceptance into service frameworks
Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities and deliverables
- Maintain the ILS Plan, ILS instructions, and any related process, procedures and deliverables
- Maintain the System Safety plan and ensure that Safety briefings are conducted for the Project
