The contract period is 12 months, with possible extension options. This position is based in Canberra, ACT.
Security Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold current NV1 Security Clearance.

Duties
- Deliver hypercare support for Windows 11 and M365 components, ensuring a smooth transition for end-users after production implementation.
- Work in alignment with Service Desk processes, handling Tier 2 and Tier 3 incidents to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user needs and maintain optimal system performance.
