About the role:
We are seeking a Quality Engineer specializing in Performance and Resilience Management. The role involves designing and executing performance tests using tools like JMeter and Selenium, ensuring systems meet performance standards. Key skills include SQL knowledge for data pipelines, Python or Java programming, and test monitoring. Responsibilities include defining automation frameworks, analysing results, and resolving performance issues. The candidate must collaborate with teams to debug and resolve issues and demonstrate expertise in non-functional testing and system resilience.
The successful candidate:
This contract is available for an initial 10-12 month term with likelihood of extensions.
Located in Sydney, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement.

- Experience in Non-functional testing – Such as Jmeter, Selenium (Automation tools)
- SQL knowledge understanding of Data Pipeline/Data load
- Test monitoring and Analysis skills.
- Proactively work with teams to debug /resolve issues
- Programming language- Python or Java
- Previous Banking and Financial Services Domain experience is required.
