Our large private client requires multiple System Designers who will adopts and adapt appropriate systems design methods, tools and techniques selecting appropriately from plan driven approaches or adaptive approaches, and ensures they are applied effectively.
The System Designers will architect large or complex systems and undertakes impact analysis on major design options and trade off, make recommendations and assesses and manages associated risks and ensure that the system design balances functional and non-functional requirements.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
• Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid approaches
• Experience with cloud-based project management tools and platforms
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes
Location of work: Melbourne VIC
Length of contract: 12 months + potential extensions
Security Requirements: Due to the nature of this role, we require a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
